Charlotte Chiu
Charlotte Chiu is a registered Occupational Therapist / Psychotherapist who is passionate about empowering people to not only live, but to thrive in the face of adversity.
Charlotte’s career has included working with adults who have suffered from trauma; adults and adolescents struggling with mood disorders; individuals going through challenging life situations; and individuals who are neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD) or struggling with cognitive difficulties after physical injuries (e.g. concussion).
Charlotte employs a compassionate, inquisitive, and value-based approach to help people achieve their goals and better functioning in day to day living. She utilizes techniques from various modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, Charlotte has worked in two trauma clinics providing evidence-based protocols of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
Charlotte provides both in-person and virtual services to individuals 16 years and older.

Deanna Smith
Deanna Smith is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and provides individual psychotherapy to individuals 16 years and older, both in-person and virtually. Deanna has extensive experience working with individuals in the areas of mental health and addiction. Specifically, Deanna's career has included supporting adolescents and young adults with mental health and substance use challenges and supporting them in making changes from a client-centered approach.
Deanna brings clinical experience in a number of different modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
Deanna enjoys approaching her work in a collaborative, authentic, non-judgmental and compassionate manner as a way to allow individuals to feel comfortable to explore possible changes in their life and help reach goals they have for themselves.

Due to her extensive clinical experience in youth and adult mental health and substance use, including an area of expertise in DBT, Deanna also offers Individual Clinical Supervision and Consultation services.

Marina Vinokurov
Marina is a registered social worker/ psychotherapist with more than 14 years experience in providing individual and family therapy in counselling centres. She supports individuals in areas of relationship challenges, childhood trauma, life transitions, emotional concerns and mental health issues.
Through an empathic therapeutic relationship where Marina's clients feel deeply understood, she helps them integrate relational, emotional, cognitive and body-oriented experiences to resolve their concerns. The treatment modalities Marina utilizes in her practice are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Relational and Mindfulness.
Marina is also trained in Sensorimotor (body focused) and Attachment focused psychotherapy modalities. Marina’s treatment focuses on emotional self-awareness, insight, relationship development, skills building and is trauma informed.
Marina believes in the client’s inherent capacity to change and grow from the sense of safety and support gained in therapy. Marina works virtually with clients aged 16 and older.
