Charlotte Chiu
Living is hard. We are all just winging it. As a mental health practitioner with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about making life's journey easier and giving you space to be yourself.
I have done a lot of work in trauma, mood disorders, and neurodiversity. I am trained as an occupational therapist and have experience helping people navigate chronic disabilities, like pain and concussion, and executive functioning challenges.
In the past few years, I collaborate a lot with front line workers returning to work after a traumatic injury. I also see many teens and young adults who are trying to find peace at home, and figure out how they fit into this world.
I am known for my practical approach to tackling life's problems and people usually come out of my sessions with some strategy they can try. I have taken training in various modalities (DBT, ACT, CPT, IFS, CBT). If there is a therapy listed that you want to try, I can work with you specifically on that. If you have no idea or preference, I can blend and customize an approach tailored to your needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy board games, tending to my needy dog, and watching anime.
If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out. I promise I won't bite.

Lyndsay McTaggart
With almost 20 years of clinical experience in hospitals, community agencies and outpatient services,
I’ve had the deep privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate emotional and physical pain,
life transitions, and mental health challenges. I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative
presence, always respecting the courage it takes to seek support and create space for change. My work
is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience and a belief in their inner wisdom to
guide our work together.
I have received expanded training and clinical supervision to draw on evidence-based approaches
including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-
Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness practices. These are woven together through the holistic lens of
my occupational therapy background, allowing us to explore how suffering affects not just the mind, but
the rhythms of daily life, identity, and connection.
Together, we make space for healing, meaning, and growth to emerge through compassion, reflection,
and supported change. I understand that tending to our wellness is a lifelong process, and I bring
empathy, humility, and care to each session. It is a true honour to witness people’s resilience and
transformation, and to help cultivate space for clarity, renewal, and connection.
I work with adults (18+) navigating a range of complex health situations including serious mental health
concerns, changes in physical health and abilities, life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety; and
have extensive experience supporting older adults.
